Very heavy speculation on social media this is either Star Wars or Marvel. One person said they had heard through the grapevine Mego was close to a deal on one or both not too long ago. Not sure if that has any validity or not.

I doubt Mego will lose the Star Trek license because of the new Playmates deal. On the last couple of Mego live streams both Joel and Paul seemed to indicate Mego plans to go deep with the Star Trek license.
