Wee, I loved Backus as Howell III (and Lovey, too) on Gilligan's Island.

I don't have any pix, but mayhaps I'll wear some at MegoMeet next year.

In the 80’s I was on a Don Johnson Miami Vice kick, and that’s all I’ll say.

I had a blue Member's Only Jacket when I was a young teen.

No way that would still fit!

Those high cut shorts and belly shirts. What was once men's classic fashion became modern girl's fashions. I wore those type of shorts in the 80's way to much, along with belly shirt or tight fitting t-shirt with vans or other deck shoes. Growing up in Texas and near the water we wore as little as possible so that when it came swim time we could shuck clothes to go for a dip in the river, beach or swimming pool.

Members Only jacket, alternated with an Army style jacket and Levi's jean jacket rounded out my jacket selection.

Levi 501 button fly for me for sure...

Being a fat-guy I never got the appeal of a classic Members Only jacket.

It's like why would I want a jacket that's too short and has a small stretchy bottom to boot ?

5X cheap flannel shirts (must be 100% polyester so could retain all smells indefinitely for the world to enjoy at a later date)

Dang! Didn't white cords pick up dirt like a lint brush?!

Mikey, somehow I picture you as Chuck McCann holding a hoagie.

I liked the MO jackets, sort of dapper but casual for the time.

Same here, not to mention the subsequent whiplash.
