Just noticed the Reb Brown Captain Americas are on tubi

    Just watched the first one

Loved it but I wish he had a cooler motorcycle

… like maybe a chopper with the front wheel 20 feet ahead of him and a classic sissy bar

I do like Reb Brown as Capper

Chris Evans is the ULTIMATE Captain America (of course), but Reb gives him a little run for his money.

          Very cool !!!

To right now (doing some wiki searching) ...I thought his nickname Reb was from his Rebel nickname in Happy Days... Turns out, it's because his name is Robert

I unabashedly love these movies, despite knowing they aren't all that great. I honestly don't know why. I think it's Reb's earnestness, and that Mike Post theme!

Yeah, I agree. My favorite Marvel TV effort.

I think Reb as Capper was Universal trying to recapture their Six Million Dollar Man's gold streak again …

                    I would have bought it.

Reb was the prefect Steve Austin replacement

Yes! There's a sincerity to his performance that comes through despite other limitations that make him likable and believable as Cap. And, honestly, the theme has always seemed perfect to me -- even after the MCU one came out, I can still hear the Post composition when I read the comics.

And, there's Simon's "Be Captain America" speech -- one of the best ever in any comics adaptation, period!

I am constantly amazed at what turns up on Tubi. Great place to find a bunch of the old Saturday Morning Cartoons. Some of the Filmation and Ruby Spears DC cartoons are on there and a bunch of Archie and Archie by-products including the Groovy Goolies.

Just watched the first 2 episodes of groovy ghoulies. I remember it being on the terrible side and ...oh they were so...so...bad...

^I have a nostalgic love for the Ghoulies, especially the designs and the voices, but yeah...the humor doesn't age well. It's basically Laugh-In for kids with monsters thrown in...and Laugh-In's humor hasn't aged all that well either, honestly.
