    2021 Mego Bones TWEAKED

Since Bones currently comes in bone color, I thought this would be a fun adventure to paint on another of Andy's excellent sculpts. With it getting a paint job and some limb swaps, I thought it best to place in the custom section here.

    Here's how he came.

And here's the back. Yes, Target always seems to go to great lengths to deface the packaging with packing labels.

I tried to make him comparable to what Mego did with Scotty, but with a bit more warmth to his skin. I really love Any's detail. He did an exceptional job.

As for the limbs, I just jumped into my sorted spares of old Trek figures and found a descent swap.

"Dammit Jim. Don't you remember its the needs of the ONE, that outweigh the needs of the many?"

And here he is finished and repackaged. Andy you did a great job on that head sculpt buddy. Absolutely love it.

I liked the likeness before, but the proper coloring REALLY brought the De Kelly out. Great job Tom, and great job Andy!

Thank you. One of the critiques I read was that these Trek sculpts had a lack of finesse compared to others. I don’t agree. All of my sculpts have the same lack of finesse.

The likeness on the sculpt is prett damned perfect. The new paints really look great.

Both Scotty and McCoy are excellent likenesses. I’m happy that Mego decided to go a new route with sculpts.

Great job. Very Nice. You are right about him being so pale.
