I’m Marveled out, but I will watch this one…as I loved the Shang-Chi comic books back in the day.

I grew up on Kung Fu movies, I can't resist this.

It has nothing to do with the comic. I thought the comic was great, back in the day, too.

Now that it is on Disney, I have a feeling my boyfriend is going to be watching this everyday in out theater room. He keeps teasing me he is going to watch this as many times I watched Aquaman (100) so wish me well....

Because all the other MCU movies have been so comics-accurate.

An entertaining movie, Awkwafina's presence really helped.

Yes, she’s a winning personality, especially in this.

I'm not sure I've ever seen her before but the movie would have been bland without her.

It's a very fun movie. It shouldn't be passed up because they didn't exactly follow the source material, in my opinion.

The original 1931 Frankenstein movie is VERY far removed from the original story. Not saying Shang-Chi is a classic like that film obviously is, but sometimes a movie that goes in it's own direction is just as good, or better than the source material. Sometimes not, obvously.

Awakfina was great in Raya and the Last Dragon as well. She's more than just the voice, since her character looks JUST LIKE HER, with white hair.

I just saw the flick. Entertaining and fun. Put me on board along the Awakfina fan club, she was great. She’s funny, lol.

The only thing I didn’t like were all those weird furry creatures. It was too Avatarish to me, lol.

But the action scenes were great. Loved all the actors. Simu Liu’s own stunt work was pretty impressive. Jackie Chan would be proud. All the women were…

Watched it again on Friday and enjoyed it a lot more the second time. I wasn't sure about Awkwafina (I never could understand her appeal, frankly), but she really grew on me this second time and I thought the movie was great. There may have been a little too much CGI at the end for my taste, but I'm hoping they do more grounded stories in the future.

                                Also, Michelle Yeoh!
