Got mine in the mail and it is definitely the best one yet! I knew nothing about Action Man's Space Ranger turn. If we had Captain Zargon in the States, it might have kept me with action figures a little bit longer.
      WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

I've often thought that myself if Joe had have taken a turn to Sci-Fi and maybe ever history as well, he probably could have endured.

The cover style and word placement kind of reminds me of my old 80's WWF Magazines. Oh Yeah! Dig it!

I agree that each issue is more polished. I'm enjoying seeing old friends in more detail, discovering new toys, and seeing contributions and interviews of folks in our community.

The whole venture hits a sweet spot for me, the Lincoln monsters this issue were a treat. I'm thrilled to own a Capt. Zargon, too!

At the rate you're going, I wouldn't be surprised if new issues showcase not only Big Jim, but also "lesser" beloved toys like Pulsar, Megabugs, Sectaurs, and Clash of the Titans--as well as niche Megos like knights, pirates, and Merry Men.

Now that CB McHaul is completed, perhaps a feature on the CB/Trucking fad of the '70s?
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Cat's out of the bag, the fourth issue of Toy-Ventures magazine is available in the Diamond Previews catalog. Ask your local comic shop about it.

Toy-Ventures is the new magazine from the creators of the Plaid Stallions toy nostalgia website, featuring informative articles and photos of rare or one-of-a-kind collector's item toys and figures! This issue takes us to 1313 Mockingbird Lane for a deep dive into The Munsters toys and collectibles, including some never-before-seen items! Also in this issue: A look at the weird world of the action figures of Durham industries; an overview of vintage Planet of the Apes toys; a complete guide to Mego's Mad Monsters series, and much more!
