    best Universal horror DVDs

what are the best DVD releases for the classic Uni horror films (CFtBL, Frankenstein, Mummy, Dracula, Invisible Man, etc.)
Why are they good - i.e. great transfer, bonus stuffs, cover art.....
Is there a good compilation set?
    Thanks in advance

I only have the original 8 dvd box set of universal horrors
but there are sites like dvdcompare.net and dvddoubledip.com that list the major differences.
not sure if they have any of the old classics but any good bluray/dvd review site will often point out what's special about a new release.

Wasn't there a big boxed set from a few years ago? I have the Legends series and the classic boxed set.

The Legacy sets are all great, especially the more recent versions, which are far more comprehensive and include the appropriate Abbott & Costello films.

Is it Legacy? Sorry. I supposed they've all been remastered, but other than A&C, how more comprehensive?

I have these three in the "The Legacy Collection" version: Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolf Man
And these two in "The Complete Legacy Collection" version: The Mummy, The Creature From The Black Lagoon.

I am considering buying this set in DVD format which is still available new at various outlets: Universal Classic Monsters: Complete 30-Film Collection

Here is a rather detailed review of that set which you may find helpful:
