    Korean BBQ Short Ribs

Got a serious craving for them yesterday. We went to a local Korean Market that opened up a few years ago.

Their Seafood Section is pretty wild.

Got what we needed. Such a simple meal: Short Ribs, Marinade, Green Onions, Japanese Sticky Rice (actually bought this at a regular market because the Korean Rice bags were the size of pillows) and Pancakes.

We usually let them marinade over night, but only did 6 hours.

On to the Grill at high heat.

And done. They're so thin, they don't take very long.

    Get that pancake goin'...

And then you get down, Gangnam Style!

You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.

Wow !!!, you're lucky to have a place like that near you

All we have here is a tiny "Asian Market" that sells mostly spices etc

I love ribs and different sauces with it. This weekend I had some friends who came over to my property in Italy and we had mixed BBQ with some nice side dishes and variety of beer. Was really nice lunch, I always love food especially if I have a good company of friends around.
