    Easter Babka bread thread

Somebody, please tell me where you can get a good Babka nowadays ?

I've got 3 Polish deli's in driving distance and not one sells a true Babka --- rich, moist, satisfying

What a Babka suppose to be

A little secret ---wink-wink …. stay away from Polish American clubs

Most members are first or second generation Americans and think 3rd Gen Americans are melting-pot trash

      Sad, but true

I grew up to be a proud Pol and got shot down because I didn't speak the language

Mike, don’t you cook and bake a little?

There are so many recipes and how too’s on YouTube. That’s how I learned to make pizza from scratch, and breads, cakes, cookies, etc.

I like that "Use leftovers!" mentality, and I like sauerkraut and cabbage.
