Daleks vs Borg

Being both a Star Trek and Dr. Who fan, I am wondering, who would win in a battle between the Daleks and the Borg? In their respective realities both are considered the most feared species in the universe. So what do you think, would "Exterminate!" or "Resistance is Futile!" win? I think if the Borg could get to the Daleks inside the machines they would be able to assimilate them, however if the Daleks could get through the Borg shields with their death ray, they would win. Let the debate begin!

Borg vs Cybermen maybe a decent fight.

There was a pretty good Star Trek/Doctor Who crossover comic book series a while back in which the Borg and the Cybermen join forces and eventually end up battling each other.

Daleks would get in a few shots and kill a handful of Borg, but they'd adapt eventually. From there it's a pretty clean sweep for the Borg.

I didn’t even know what a Dalek was (until I googled it) as I never got into Dr Who.
