The very slim chance of that ever happening went away when Disney bought Marvel. Since Warner Bros. owns DC, and they and Disney are direct competitors in almost every media arena, I doubt they will ever make nice enough to allow production of a joint figure line again. Especially one with characters from each company in and/or on the same package.
