Mego head onto fist fighter body

I am putting a Captain America type 2 head on a fist fighter body. However, the head is a little small for the body and wiggles a little bit. How do I tighten it?

a couple of winds of plumbers tape around the neck plug can help cure the wobblies sometimes. Depends on how loose it is.
