Big fan of both, but if I had to choose, I guess I'd go with the Brats. Love to grill them, slice them and serve them with caramelized onions and a variety of mustards for dipping.

My favorite Bangers dish is one where all the ingredients can be found at Trader Joe's: TJ's Irish Bangers, TJ's Teeny-Tiny Potatoes, Leeks, TJ's Dijon Mustard, Heavy Cream and Henry Hotspur's Hard Cider.

My fav Black Forest style brats (white, finely gowned and delicate in flavor) is from my local butcher.

My second favorite is made by Dietz and Watson (not sure if that's a local mid-Atlantic brand)
