With a show that old, pretty much EVERYONE on it is now dead. I would bet Beverly Washburn (Spider Baby, TOS' "The Deadly Years) is one of the few actors left who ever appeared on the show, and she was a little girl in "Superman and the Mole Men".

I love George Reeves (forget about made-up Hollywoodland garbage)

If he really did die by his own hand I feel extra bad for him not having anywhere to reach in a world that loved him …

Today, he would have totally been a nerd convention autograph LEGEND …

^Yeah, no matter how George died, in just 10 years he would have been revered. He would have had a cameo in Superman The Movie, and he would have been the toast of the Con circuit for sure.

I think he would have swayed into more directing work, and left acting behind for the most parts. He probably would have done the cons for fun.

Phyllis Coates is still alive and Jack Larson and Noelle Neil lived well into their 90's. The "Superman curse" didn't apply to the co-stars.

Reeves was a heavy drinker I don't believe he would've made it past the mid- 1970's . But yes he was well loved and remembered and wouldn't cleaned house during the early years of conventions. He actually loved
playing Superman and the rumors of him being ashamed of it are blown out of proportion.

I always thought the same thing for Bella, Lon Chaney Jr etc …

If they were around today, imagine the buzz they'd get at attending conventions ....
