Hasbro's Charlie's Angels Tiffany and Julie (The Forgotten Angels)

I recently purchased the old Hasbro Charlie's Angels Adventure Van, and it came with a set of beat up dolls with frizzy hair. Since I already have a nice set of the dolls, I decided to customize the Jill and Kris dolls, and turn them into the last two Angels: Julie and Tiffany. I gave them new hair styles, and dyed their jumpsuits to try to distinguish them from the others. I'm pretty satisfied with the results, so thought I'd share. I know these aren't Mego, but this is something I've been wanting to do for a long time, and I think the recent death of Tanya Roberts motivated me to finally do it.

Hanging out around the Adventure Van.

Lastly, here's a retro-style Hasbro sales ad I created for "the dolls that never were."

My sister had the Charlie's Angels dolls, and I often borrowed them for Mego play. You did a great job adapting the "new" actresses into this format. I instantly knew who was who, and I haven't watched an episode of Angels in 35 years!

Very nice work on the hairstyle and outfits, great idea. Now all we need is John Bosley.

The Angels also work really well with Big Jim as evident in these photos:

Fantastic additions to the Angels family! I like the new colors, hair styles and face paint. Whenever I look at this line, I wish the powers that be, would have used Mego bodies instead. Think of the customs that could have been.
I post in thy general direction!

This is all win. I picked-up the van recently too, it's getting a paint job when the weather warms in Ohio.

I hope you will post pictures of your painted van. I'd love to see it. I wouldn't even know how to begin to paint it (or any large plastic toy) or what paints to use.

Wowzers! Those look factory made. Terrific job.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I made my own set of six Angels back in 2006!

I wish I could figure out how to add a pic.
