    To be honest I always thought Mego's WGSH's early waves were really lousy --- even as a kid

    They all have the same non-human mannequin-like look that Action Jackson had.

      Green Arrow looks pretty spot on to the comics and cartoons.

              Maybe you are right on point. Just phrased the other way around. The Astronaught looks very much like the AJ artwork. Perhaps since he was a generic replacement for Heston, they turned to in house inspiration.

                  It's been pointed out before, but Mego's Supergirl looks surprisingly like a young Heather Locklear, although it was released a decade too early to be intentional.
