The math adds up and everything, but geez. Time is ruthless. If he's 75 Mick Jagger must be like 100, but I'm scared to look.

Peter was already an experienced drummer when he joined Kiss, so he would have been 28 ish.
Ironically enough I believe Keith Richards is only 77.
77 years young!McCartney is 78, Dylan 79, Willie Nelson 87
Of all them, Peter Criss is the only one retired from performing
Some things you never forget in life: I was at my baby-sitter's house when I was 8-years-old. I was looking/walking around in her closet. On the floor, there was an issue of Tiger Beat Magazine. On the cover there were 4 guys decked out in outrageous outfits and makeup. I asked her immediately who those guys were???? She told me KISS. I have been a massive fan ever since.............

I fell in love with KISS in early spring of 1976. I was 11 years old and my cousin was playing a cassette of ALIVE!
Once I saw a picture of what they looked like, that sealed the deal. I was an obsessive KISS fan for the next seven year.
I'm still a big fan of KISS' first decade of recording and touring, but I don't care much for anything past Creatures of the Night.
Happy birthday, Pete.
Did he and the boys ever find the sound?
Expectation is the death of discovery.
wasn't 1980 just 20 years ago?I am not a concert goer but i have seen KISS live a few times. also samuel l jackson is 72 today.
