    Mego Tricorder Broken Strap

I've got a tricorder with a strap that has snapped off on one side. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to reattach it? Thanks in advance.

I asked this question here before and didn’t get any solutions. I tried a few things and can tell you what did not work for me. I tried to melt and fuse it together. Nope. I tried to crazy glue it. Nope. I notched out the communicator end and crazy glued it in. That worked but is noticeable.

i think the strap is too small to really be able to glue it. you could try and replace it with string.

Has anybody tried to use Plastic Weld? It's not easy to do with smaller objects but it's possible. I've glued fingers of G.I.Joe Adventure Team figures with it.
