    Tarzan Updated Custom

Here's my updated Tarzan custom, its on a Mego type-2 body with custom made loincloth to match the Weissmuller version.
I always thought maybe mego should have made Tarzan like this back in the day, to kind of match the box art, but I also enjoy the version they made with the flesh color jumpsuit, its classic.

A very special thanks to member PNGwynn Scott who made the loincloth for me, your the best.

Totally agree, this is the Tarzan that I saw in my minds eye as a child. Maybe with dark blonde hair. Always hated the jumpsuit they gave him and once the T2 body came out the skin suit was superfluous.

It looks great. Scott's loins are the best (wait... what?)

While I can appreciate it now... as a kid, I would have definitely preferred a Tarzan like this.

        lol Spry--shhhh,, that's a secret...

I'm glad you like it, TrekStar--he looks good!

It's made like a kilt, of polysuede with a snap on one side and a brown elastic band for the knife. Worn over CTVT brown briefs. How did these clumsy hands make such little stitches, sometimes I impress myself lol.

My childhood image of Tarzan was Filmation's and I think this hits that vibe a bit. I really like Mego Tarzan actually, though he was probably the last WGSH I collected.
