    Alex Trebek RIP

Nothing more needs to be said. One of the greatest game show hosts ever. "Jeopardy" will never be the same again. He was 80.

In just a little over a month, we lose 3 of the best at what they did. Can't wait for this year to be over.

You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.

Alex Trebek and Sean Connery in the same week ?

In a Connery voice, "Trebek, stop copying me"

          RIP

How are Betty White and Michael J. Fox doing? Rest in peace, Alex.

Ironic that both Sean Connery and Alex Trebek who were parodied in the same SNL sketches have passed away within a week.

I'm hearing there are no plans to replace him on Jeopardy any time soon.

My father-in-law was diagnosed with cancer around the same time as Trebek. He was an avid Jeopardy watcher, and both had such an intelligence and a dignity... that I have a hard time not connecting the two in my head. And they both are gone now.

I'm so done with 2020. Can we please fast forward to 2021?

It’s probably just a rumor, but I heard Ken Jennings may be asked or Ryan Seacrest.
But regardless it’s a sad loss, Alex was one of the best, if not the best.

Sad news. He battled it for quite a while considering the prognosis. I think they’d be best to do a rotating host for a while. They have Trebek takings to go through almost the end of the year from what I read.

RIP to a TV icon... 80 years old, great career. He had a great run, and it sounds like he went out on his terms, which is the best way to go...

I have nothing against Seacrest, except for the fact that he's everywhere as it is already, so I'd rather not see him take the Jeopardy gig too. Stick to American Idol and Kelly and Ryan... If I had to choose between Jennings or Seacrest, I'd pick Jennings, but that's just me...

Correct-They have enough to almost go thru December 2020... Actually, Christmas Day is when the last original episode with Alex will air...

Not sure about Jennings. ABC has him on their version of The Chase.

Few weeks ago I remember reading somewhere Ben Mankiewicz was going to take over Jeopardy.
