When I first saw it this morning, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The design is so striking. For sure there has to be more of these cereal boxes out there.

I was just looking over the contents in the Auction lot and Minus the Helmet the outfit is there... I wonder if this was the figure and outfit that came with the set and the owner cut out the box back as a reminder back then

Over on the MM Facebook page, I commented on this Friday. I remember this! I was pretty young, maybe six or seven, and as I recall it was on the back of a cereal my parents didn't normally buy and I could never get the second box top to do the order. I seem to remember it was the Post version of Frosted Rice Krispies -- Frosted Rice Krinkles is the name I've found for it. I remember very distinctly looking at the back of that box when I'd have breakfast and keeping the box top. I remember wanting to get this guy in the blue jumpsuit that a friend of mine in the neighborhood had that was like GI Joe but in a more handy size. But, as I said, for some reason we never bought that cereal much and I never got the second box top. But, wow, the memories this brings back!
