Yeah, the mentions of other monsters is totally new. Having Lee Dracula is pretty much the only thing I'm used to seeing in merchandise, it looks like they've put together a portfolio of other characters finally.

what is really odd is i was watching a Hammer Frankenstein piece on YouTube last night and I kept thinking that Lee's monster is the perfect action figure.

Fangtastic indeed! Will be interesting to see how Mego and Neca pick their spots.

Agreed! I think Doctor Durant pointed out the Mego Mad Monster has a bit of a Lee Frankenstein Creature vibe, and I agree with that as well. It think it's mostly the yellow skin, but either way, it's there.

Top Mego Hammer wants, including both important characters and ones that will just make striking action figures:

                    1. Christopher Lee as Dracula (coming!)
                    2. Lee as the Frankenstein Creature/Monster
                    3. Lee as Kharis the Mummy
                    4. Peter Cushing as Van Helsing (Horror of Dracula/Brides of Dracula era preferred)
                    5. Cushing as Baron Frankenstein (any era, except maybe that odd wig in Frankenstein and the Monster From Hell)
                    6. Oliver Reed as Leon the Werewolf from Curse of the Werewolf
                    7. Jacqueline Pearce as The Reptile
                    8. Prudence Hyman as Maegera from The Gorgon
                    9. Horst Janson as Captain Kronos, Vampire Hunter
                    10. Ingrid Pitt as Carmilla/Mircalla from The Vampire Lovers

This is just crazy to think there's finally a license. Besides Mego, Neca and Trick r Treat? Mego is really going to have to step it up as those two are going to get a ton of coverage with the horror collectors

I really need to get a Maegara action figure, as well as figures of Peter Cushing as Van Helsing and as Baron Frankenstein.

Ingrid Pitt indeed! So many beautiful Scream Queens in the Hammer movies. I’m so hoping to hear about Vincent Price, Elvira, Dark Shadows and please let’s get Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula figures too! So many Steven King goodies I want to see as well. Hammer Horror certainly has my attention though!

No doubt long shots, but Christopher Lee as Duc de Richleau from The Devil Rides Out and Peter Cushing as Sherlock Holmes from Hound of the Baskervilles would be great pulls, though I'd happily settle for Dracula and Van Helsing in Mego form instead.
