The Haunting of Bly Manor comes out on October 9th. The creators of recent The Haunting of Hill House made this one.

Some of the actors from Hill House are in this one as well, playing different characters.

I just re-watched the Haunting of Hill House again, http://megomuseum.com/community/showthread.php?118945 and enjoyed it a lot the second time and I'm hoping this will good.

Only prob with Hill House is they killed off the only non-annoying character in the first episode

It is slower than Hill House for sure. I'm around the same point as you are Mikey, but I know some stuff has to go down pretty soon, it's all aligning I think.

Those English kids are so creepy even when they are trying not to be.

Everything is perfectly splendid. Except for the pace of the show. I'm on episode 5 and it's moving at the speed of smell. I keep telling myself it will get better soon.

I finished it as well. I don't want to talk spoilers here, but it wasn't nearly as satisfying as Hill House was.

Hill House had quite a frantic feeling of dread surrounding it, and it worked well. Bly just missed that element I think.

My fav scary part of the whole series was when the Lady of the Lake came and snatched Nell's twin brother (forgive me for referring to the actors from Hill House) … the behind-hole dude dating the hot former nanny.

The sound effects and visuals were quite effective and creepy.

Of the two shows, Haunting of Hill house in the last few episodes, can't remember which one, when the ghost pops out between the two of them in the front seat. I actually jumped when that happened.
