I purchased this Halloween decoration at the Dollar Tree today. It's called a paper jointed cutout, but I recognized the face right away, and I had to buy it. LOL Too bad the outfit is different but that would probably be copyright infringement if they did.

Yes, it's definitely your market may vary. There are two Dollar Trees in my neighborhood that I frequent, and one has them and one doesn't. I do remember seeing them last Halloween, but I passed on it back then, so I was happy they brought it out again this year. Hope you eventually find one!
