Well, it is to me--I consider it season 4. But I thought Star Trek had not officially acknowledged it. Thanks for the clarification.

I always thought the animated series was like a season 4 substitute, especially with the use of the actual voices for the characters minus Chekov.
Koenig did write an episode, but it would have been better hearing his voice over for the character instead.Comment
