    Silver Age Superman and Flash

    Busy over the long weekend. Silver Age JLA Superman and Flash. Big Blue is made with a One Million BC male body (replaced the right lower arm to get rid of the magnet hand) to get the huge barrel chest he had in that era, and uses a Mattel retro figure head (had to paint it to match the body). Silver Age Flash is basically the same as Bronze Age Flash in the comics, so the only difference here from my regular speedster is the Tony Nelson head resculpted to go under the mask.

      Great idea on the Superman torso. They look good.
      WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

                I absolutely love that Superman. That torso makes a world of difference. And with a good paint job like yours, I really like that Mattel head.
