GI Joe Adventure Team Explores the World

These GI Joe Wishbook spreads are some of my earliest memories, my mother even tells me that an overnight hospital stay once was made less traumatic by handing me a Christmas wishbook that was in her car. No wonder that I smile every time I see one of these double-page spreads…

the Sears wishbook was the source of all my GI Joe adventuring, Grandma worked for them in Chi Town and she got a discount so it all came out of there. Got the deluxe Mummy's tomb set with the copter for sure.

I kept the wish books for many years. It was fun to go through them later. My daughter does the same thing but with the book Target makes and a couple Toys r us books before they closed.
