I’m sorry. I couldn’t finish Harley Quinn Birds of Prey

After 40 minutes of agony...I finally stopped watching it.

I believe this is the first ever comic book superhero-based movie where I didn’t finish watching. I even finished Iron Man 3, and I hate/hated that movie.

Holy mother of gawd...Birds of Prey made Iron Man 3 look like Citizen Kane.

Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn is agonizingly annoying and obnoxious.

The back and forth timelines...from absurd 4 minutes ago, to one week ago, to two weeks ago, and so on, argh.

Her shooting up the police precinct scene...good lord.

Awful, terrible, horrid. Did I already say annoying and obnoxious too?

Catwoman is awful too, but at least I finished it. I could only take 40 minutes of Birds of Prey...and to be brutally honest, I’m shocked I went that long, lol.

it didn't even have Harley looking sexy to at least distract you from how bad the movie was. they put her in that ugly jumper or whatever the hell it was. the other characters were one dimensional and really nothing like their comic book portrayals. it wasn't Cat Woman bad, but it was bad

Oh, it was way worse than Catwoman. Yes, the movie Catwoman was bad, but at least Halle Berry had a sexy sultry voice...not an annoying/obnoxious, fake/forced New York accent...and acting all nutty super crazy, but fake/forced nutty super crazy like Margot Robbie.

40 minutes is about a half hour longer than I made it through Berry's Catwoman or Shaq's Steel. 10 minutes of each was all I needed to know that if I continued to watch I would regret losing those hours of my life until the day I died.

Haven't tried to watch this one yet, and in no hurry to as I felt the first Suicide Squad movie would have been a great 80s style 4 minute music video mini-movie but was bloated out to a horrible 2 hour movie, so I am not sure about spending the 2 hours to watch this one.

Harley and BOP is sitting on our TV stand, since my son bought the DVD. Not sure why, but he's working, and it's his money to burn.

I really have no desire to watch it. I look at the cover and I know that's Harley, and I can kind of guess who is Montoya, Huntress, Black Canary and Cassandra Cain, but if I didn't know they were in the film, I wouldn't.

The only thing slightly intriguing to me is Ewan McGregor as Roman Sionis/Black Mask. But I'm still probably not going to give it my time.

DC's theatrical movies lack the kind of "same universe" feel and consistency that Marvel has displayed. I loved, "Wonder Woman". Truly enjoyed "Shazam!" and "Aquaman". "Justice League" was even okay enough that I have watched it a few times on cable TV. But the rest of the stuff from 2011 onward (the time Marvel was running full-stride leading into and following 2012's "Avengers") is either highly disappointing or just plain "PASS!".
