I sure hope these get to a store in the East, West, and the South too! But over the last decade or so, I‘ve come to terms that I won’t be able to get everything I want (like that Black Lightning Funko POP!). It is what it is.

Not a big fan of that Batman head sculpt.

If my local Meijers get these in, I'd be happy to pick up for people. Will see how Mego's distribution goes.

Is it just the 14 inch one shrunk?

Right now I’m not sure what to think about this. I do like the idea of MEGO figures being sold at retail but Meijer seems like an odd choice. At least they are willing to give it a try maybe if the superheroes sell well enough larger retailers will carry them.

I asked about bandless bodies and got this response:

"The new bodies could not be done during the pandemic because no one at Mego could travel to China to oversee the development. Tooling new bodies that will be used in production for many years is not something you can do over a zoom call."

During the lockdown, I did actually speak with someone at Mego around May and they said something to the effect that not being in China for approvals makes everything a major pain and slowed the whole process to a crawl.

I'm the opposite. I like the head sculpt, but I am not a big fan of the costume. I never cared for the sleeve and hand combo to simulate gloves. But he looks like a good, modern Batman to me.

                      It’s new.
Is the sculpt yours? Another great job! I like the overall presentation, and am happy DC didn't go with a New 52 look, which is now completely outdated, but is still on a lot of their new product.

Yes, I did Batman, Superman, Flash, and GL. We had just submitted the sculpts to WB when they were shown at Mego Meet, so if anyone saw them there, two of them are completely changed and the other two had a few revisions.

I have to admit, that shot of Batman is at a really odd angle and it looks a bit weird even to me. Hopefully people will be happy with the sculpts in-hand.

^He's resting in a plastic tray, so I'm not judging the picture angle because I know it's not ideal. Looking past that, I really like what I see. You did a wonderful job on the 14" sculpts, so I have complete confidence these will rock.

Yeah, it is a bad angle. It shot feet upward, so I'm wondering if it was laying down. Either way, it's distorted the head.

Mego really needs to be careful about this. It doesn't need to be pro shots, but it has to be with a basic understanding of composition.
