That is odd.... A couple of other things to check.

Log out, clear cookies, log back in.

Try it on a different browser, Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome.

You also can log in on your mobile phone, there's a different front end for the forums on mobile, and that might get you there possibly.

I know Brian said they aren't having any backend issues so I'm not sure what else you could try.
