This helmet could possibly fit Battlestar Galactica action figures from the 70s. If you want to use this for your BSG figures do a test print and fit. Use at your own risk. I do not want to hear you guys/gals damaging your figures.
These pilots helmets fit the Buck Rogers action figures, Buck on Buck Rogers and Wilma on Wilma Deering. Wilma's helmet is larger, because of her hair (if you own the action figures you understand). I made these to fit rather loose! Please understand that removing the helmets on and off of your figures will cause damage to the paint on the heads. Please use at your own risk!!!
I used tk6831 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3677201 helmet and remodeled it. The stickers I used on the helmets are in the original helmet link provided. You will have to resize the photo, I used Windows Paint.
If you want the Starfighter/Thunderfighter ship please go to https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-thunderfighter-126004
Aitor Baltziskueta this guy did an amazing job modeling a Starfighter/Thunderfighter. It is the one used in the photos.
Humans living on the twelve colonies of Kobol were attacked by a robotic alien race known as the Cylons. The survivors only hope is to find Earth and hope that they are advanced enough to help us defeat the Cylons
In the development of the Viper Mark I prior to the commencement of the war with the Cylons various designs where considered for the fightercraft that would populate a Battlestar, One of the earlier options was a 2 seater version with pilot and gunner carrying internal missile bays as well as an additional laser canon in the vertical stabilizer.
Ultimately this design was not adopted as the mainstream attack support craft as the Mark 1 was more agile and faster although not as well armed.
Designed from scratch in Autodesk 123d, this is my take on a Battlestar Galatica Viper, the canopy is the tricky bit and I may change the design (design 2 not updated), whichever way I go you will need to cut some clear thin perspex for the canopy glass. I scaled up 200% at that the model needs to be split and cut and will take over 60 hours to print, although this is a work in progress so things may change. As you can see I've done the landing skirt for the wings but not the front skirt, as an atmospheric craft may need some flaps on the wings but they wouldn't be standard aircraft type, the pilot seat needs a joystick, main body needs cover for internal missile launcher, but can modify to show a missile under the cover, endless possibilities which 3d printing allow - if you download this model please post a "like", thank you :
I like new things, Great ideas, and sharing with a community. I have way too many hobbies to list, but i love most kinetic sculptures/toys .
Try to give something back for what you take, and make. Appreciate people's time for what they have done. And improve upon THINGZ if you can.
