Ennio morricone passes away at 91.

Ennio Morricone, whose haunting, inventive scores expertly accentuated the simmering, dialogue-free tension of the spaghetti Westerns directed by Sergio Leone, has died. He was 91.

He did so many varied scores, but for me he will have helped define the spaghetti western. I feel like none of those movies are complete without something that sounds like it came from Morricone.

He lived a heck of a life.

Williams is now the last of the great Maestro's, isn't he?

He was one of the giants, and film music has gotten smaller for his passing.

I would even dare to stay none of those movies would've been so successful without Morricone's music

Its a shame the masters of the Danger Diabolik soundtrack were lost, its really some of his best work. https://youtu.be/ZSngWDoNVwM

Everything about that film I love.

                    Great composer.

The theme to "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" will live on as a classic, no doubt about that.

Iconic, to say the very least.

                      RIP.
