Anybody else here a fan of borscht ?
I've recently discovered Krakus (makers of fine Polish canned hams) makes an incredibly yummy borscht stock base broth in quart cartons.
Just add some canned beets, fried onions, diced taters and of course the fatty pork and you're good to go
Oh, and don't forget the sour cream
