    The Penguin

Growing up I've always like the Mego Penguin, especially the face sculpt. What I was not fond of was the sculpted hat, tall body and missing umbrella. So I was finally able to get a version I am pleased with and hope you are too. Enjoy!

    • Head: Original Mego head that I removed the hat and resculpted the top head. Converted to swivel. Paints by me.
    • Body: Hybrid body of T2 FTC fat torso, Teen and child body arms and legs from vintage Mego and DocMego. Hands from Original Mego Penguin that were modified
    • Clothes: Castaway dress shirt, Custom orange vest, Pants and socks from AT/Wards Benjamin Franklin with suspenders, jacket from Mego Wizard of Oz, Bow made by me.
    • Accessories: Shoes are unknown that I got from a lot. Hat from Mego Wizard of Oz, custom cigratter holder with cigarette, custom made umbrella.

That head without hat, but with hair looks amazing, great job on that

He's so playful, and your handiwork on that umbrella did not go unnoticed.

… is the start of a whole other run of figures, or are you just piling on to the already notable extravaganza?

Thank you for the compliment! I'm just finishing off what I have left on my table. They were almost done so trying to get through. So piling on. Hoping to get another run by end of summer.

He looks fabulous! That pic where he is fencing with the umbrella... it looks like it was taken during a classic rooftop fight with Batman.
