Live Action Thundarr?!? Anyone know where it's from?

I came across this photo recently...

but I have zero idea where it comes from. Anyone have any info or clues as to a potential source? Looks like it is possibly form some kind of comedy sketch skit, but I have never seen it before nad know nothing for certain.

I'm guessing it's from one of those Saturday-morning season-rollout specials.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Yeah i think it's from the same special that has Spider-Man and his Amazing friends in live action. NBC picked up Thundarr in 1983.

          IIRC, it's an NBC promotional.

Didn't we have a link to one where a bunch of live-action characters, (like Superman and the effin Shmoo) show up at some dude's apartment?

          edit: Good find Pali!

          Here's the other

Thundar showed up on the NBC Yummy Awards along with live action appearances of Spider-Man, Iceman, Friestar, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Fred Flintstone & Barney Rubble, Hulk, Shirt Tales, & gumby.

That's definitely an Adam West-inspired costume, but West doesn't appear. It would have been much better had it actually been West.

NBC had Spider-Man in live action in one other of their specials. I tried to watch these each year, and I definitely remember the "Yummy Awards," with the Ookla costume standing out in my head. I went on a search a couple of summers back for the ones I could find on YouTube, particularly to see characters brought to life like these who don't normally appear in live action.

After rewatching it that is not Adam West but he did do a good impression of him.

^Legend has it that Batman is possibly Kurtwood (Red Foreman) Smith. But that's been hotly debated for some time, and I'm not sure if anyone has ever asked him about it.
