    Captain America Upgrade Kit

I had a lot of interest in my Captain America mostly because with the upgrade I didn't have to alter the original suit or sew anything. So I went ahead and created an upgrade kit for him and it's available through my webstore.

    https://www.worldsgreatestsuperheroes.com

Instructions: Easiest way is to undo the upper half of Cap's bodysuit removing the arms from the sleeves. Slide the original sleeves through the white slip-on sleeves with the finished side first. Line up the stitch area on the inside part of the arm. Then slide Cap's arms back through the outfit. See Pic 2 for results before adding gloves. When inserting the gloves press the palm side of the hand working the finger through the finger porting of the glove. Pay attention to the finger if they are protruding at the palm which means its not lined up properly. You will feel the fingers slid into the finger portion of the glove.

1 - Pair Slip-on Sleeves (1 1/2 inches long and slip over his existing outfit.)

1 - Pair Red Rubber (1/4 inch trimmed for a better quality look)

1 - Pair Red Boots for stomping the enemies of liberty.

    1 - Vinyl Die-Cut White Star Decal

Here are some pics of how it will look

Trying to find one as I made them over 13 years ago and only made two. One I gave to a co-worker who loved Cap Am and even had tattoos of him. The second I sold at a toy show and both were boxed. Basically the head was a Doc Mego batman removable cowl with the ears shaved and resin wings that Doc offered and went over a blue eyed Shazaam head. Had a black belt with loops on the shorts/ trunks. The gloves I had were from Wes McCue from Classic Plastic which are like the ones pictured on your figure. He offered them before FTC took over. I liked the material used and very flexible.

Found a photo from March 28th, 2008 right before the Recession hit.
These are all T1. Green Lantern, Silver Batman, and Cap Am. Cannot see the shorts and belt on Cap Am but basically it's two original Mego Cap Am suits I pieced together and made one.

I'm think using Vintage Captain Kirk but painting the hair blonde. The cowl fits perfectly on his head.
