The head I got from Paul Clarke over at Dr Mego. The body is vintage Mego and the outfit is CTVT but the hat and jacket are from a 9 inch Data as sherlock Holmes. Unintentionally he looks like Jeremy Brett who play the great detective in a Sherlock Holmes series from 1984-1994

Nice, very nice. I love when people customize classic characters or have new takes on classic characters. Sherlock is a classic literary character that you don't see a lot of custom figures of him around.Comment

He looks great. I used that same jacket and hat on my Sherlock Holmes and just recently my 9 year old son also did the same thing, but with a different suit underneath"...The agony of my soul found vent in one loud, long and final scream of despair..." - Edgar Allan PoeComment

Thank you everyone. Recently speaking with Paul Clarke from Dr Mego on the phone and discussing the idea of Mego releasing a Holmes and Watson which would make sense to make him but I am not starting any rumors. The reason for this is Sherlock Holmes is a public domain character as long as you dont model him after any particular actor which is easy to do. The second thing would be Mego could reuse the clothing and do a Data and Geordi variant figure set and reuse the same outfits which for them would be a plus. Hopefully this idea come to fruition and we get both.Visit my store for all your Mego needs and Figure Factory customs
