I think the issue with Supergirl is that she is not looking forward like everyone else and it causes her to look out of place. Batgirl looks much better now.

Green arrow still looks out of place. The rest have line shading and he has none and he is also bright when the rest are not. Just my two cent's.

ScottA, you're right as usual--SG's problem has always been she's facing the wrong way but I didn't have different art until you mentioned it this morning I saw a solution. Use the head from the 1979 card art. I comped that in, but it looked too much like the gorgeous Neal Adams drawing it is so then I grabbed Wonder Woman's face from the back cover of the Toth SF Treasury and blended it into the Adams head.



I think it looks pretty good and now everyone is smiling and facing the camera.



Havoc--It does bother me that GA and BG don't have ink shading, but it doesn't stand out so much to me that I want to try to duplicate Toth's gorgeous inkwork. I could try to grab some lines from Superman, but I think I'll let it go.

Can you muddy his color up a little just so he is not as bright. The rest are not as bright. I love it tho and will be adding it to my collection, if they go up for sale. I would also like the Hall of doom. I think a simpler display for it like you showed would work better. Wont dispaly as much but will mimic the original a whole lot more.

Lookin' good! The reworking of SG and BG really works well. The only suggestion I can make is just to slightly enlarge (maybe 5&#37 Batgirl. Since she's in front of Robin, I think she should be a bit closer in size to WW. It also might help with the brightness of Green Arrow by hiding a little bit more of his body.

With Batgirl enlarged a tad (as previously suggested) I think you have an absolutely perfect image here.

It looks balanced, SuperGirl's adjustments look great and the overall composition is VERY pleasing!

I truly love this! Please bring some of these to Mego Meet. I'll be buying this and maybe the hall of doom if I like the end results of that one too. I love this one alot!!!

The new face on Supergirl works much better than the original art. Now we need a little Toth-shading on Green Arrow.

Hey everyone---Courtesy WannabeMego, here's a look at the finished carry case I displayed at Mego Meet. I have to give all credit to Anthony Durso---I sent him the image to print and he did a bunch of finishing work to it, including adding line shading to GA and color correcting Superman and Supergirl. It looks incredible!
