I got to hear this song live at Warped Tour. Not by Fountains of Wayne, but rather by Bowling for Soup, which frequently was mistaken for FOW.

Ugh. That's terrible. I saw Bowling for Soup do "Stacy's Mom" a few years back as well. Good song, written by a talented guy, who wasn't old (52). I heard he was sick from Coronavirus, but most recover. Very sad.Comment

Sad to hear. Country singer Joe Diffie ("Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox") also passed from COVID-19 complications as well.
