I agree--I've admired some of their Western stuff.

You "Beneath" Gorilla is coming along nicely...

Also, Governor Breck and the Police officer look very good too.

Something I just love about a sharp-dressed and well-armed Ape! Those are the new CTVT weapons… silver and flexible, best suited for larger hands. I removed the folding stock on the Uzi at it was garbage.

Gave the Horseman a preferable makeover. Bruce with workin' properly scaled batons, three section staff, and nunchaku.

Couple prototypes of wind-rippled battle flags too.

The Bride of Frankenstein 2020 Edition

The recent harvest moon has me a bit in the season-of-the-dead mood, so I decided to re-org some monsters in Ape City this afternoon. I was having much fun until I took a good look at the Bride, and behold, she looked very shabby. Her head had sunken into her wonky dis-proportioned body, now even more dwarfed by her gown.

I absolutely love that Doc/EMCE gave us the Bride; but this development just wouldn't do, and a trip down the rabbit hole ensued. I deconstructed her to find a terrible body lacking movement hidden within. Interestingly, she has a torso and pelvis with screws… this set-up could have led to the use of new/better arms and legs, but instead the torso sucked in the neck post, shoulders pulled up and in, and she also suffered from the tiny-weird-hand-syndrome.

Surgery on both a Zica Yvonne torso and NECA Daisy Domergue came next, but Daisy offered the ability to accept the Bride's head without altering her nice neck plug. Also Daisy has great hands to compliment the wrapped arms for a more movie-accurate look.

    The bod-comparison is no contest!

Re-clothed/wrapped, with complete arm movement, and a head that not only turns, but also can pivot inside of the NECA PVC female body.

A little gown restyling and everyone is happy again!
