Supergirl (White Shirt Variant) Custom Mego
She has a Mego Kris Munroe head, her top outfit and cape were made by Brian L. The dress, white hands and red boots are from CTVT. The headband is a flat black elastic band that is sewn together after the proper width is acquired. Then it is slid on her head pulling the hair through the loop. In order to get it to stay in place a small droplet of crazy glue is placed behind each ear and that's how the look for her and Gwen stacy was achieved. Also you need to pull a few strains forward, trim to eyebrow length than a small drop of glue at the very top of the forehead where the hairline is and pinch and press some hair in place to get the bangs correct. Her decal was made by Mego Magyar She has a vintage Mego body with legs swapped from a new Mego female body. I like the way the vintage females neck looks and works. Also the swap with the legs and elastics takes the pressure off the neck elastic and the arms on a vintage figure. It also tightens everything up. She is pretty much held together the same way a Type 2 male Mego body is held together. I went with the new version legs because the old ones have glue stains in the seams and we cant have stains on Supergirl's legs, that just ain't right, lol.
