I cannot wait to squeeze these Megos, just like Mr. Whipple would.

I love the look of Batman's headsculpt and the costumes on all of these. These figures are going to be so much fun to collect and give away as gifts!
I post in thy general direction!

It's refreshing to see these boxed. Does anyone know if there will be carded versions as well?

This is simply a dream come true. New 8 inch DC heroes by Mego, what more can you ask for? I know it will be hard (and expensive) to get my hands on these, but then I've been paying up to 70 $ for a single FTC figure ... The Superman sculpt looks especially promising I think, but I'm really excited about each and every one of these figures.

This may be sacrilege to some but I would rather see them recreate the originals(with some subtle differences to distinguish them from the originals) like Hasbro has done with the Star Wars Retro Collection.

But FTC has pretty much already done that with DC, and Diamond/Emce with a few Marvels.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Not sacrilege to me. I would much rather see recreations of the originals too with higher quality than FTC.

I love the original Batman or Superman despite their quirks (or perhaps because of them). But those figures can still be purchased at a reasonable price if that is what you want.

I am looking forward to Mego making a new interpretation of these characters. I think they look really wonderful.

I've got the fist fighting set from FTC. They all look good but not exactly Mego. As much as I like a lot of the new rMego eleases, the card art just isnt drawing me in as much as I would like it to.

I was surprised it didn't have the JLU symbol on the box since that was there in with DC Comics.

Doing JL style was a decision, not a license restriction.
Expectation is the death of discovery.
