It is a little strange as this is, you know, New York Toy Fair 2020 so why not show your product?

Besides the first photos nobody got a better image of Q???
I thought I read somewhere (here or on the Ambassador's FB page) that the DC 8 inch stuff was still pending final approval so they were not allowing photography of it at Toy Fair.

Then do not take them. I hate when booths do that. Back when I would attend these shows, if a booth told me no photos I would always ask then why did you bring it? If it is not approved then don't show it. That is a **** move and needed to stop back in the 90's.

Because the point of Toy Fare is to show upcoming wares to vendors not to provide photo-ops to fans. You want to have stuff there to show to potential vendors who potentially will place orders based on what they see even if it is not the final product ready for mass-consumption.

Yes this, it's not a consumer show, it's an industry one.

Larger companies, like Lego, Mattel or Hasbro has whole "zones" in their booths where it's not for the press. Mego has a single booth, they can't afford the whole "velvet rope" thing.

These better be protypes because they do NOT look right

Flash's lightning around his waist needs to be fixed

Superman looks like the (Not) Ted Bundy

                  GL head is just off
I hope these are proto types also because these pics are not showing me much. These do not look like the Animated style, and Flash, and Superman look like bad customs.

Don't let the blurry distorted photo fool you, they're actually really nice. The Superman sculpt is a real winner.

The character designs are from the JLU show, but they aren’t animated style.

I like them. At least Superman has his red undies.

Are these the 8" DC figures?

                            ^Yes.

And I am beyond excited to see they stuck with the animated characters, albeit in more comic-accurate form.

That seems odd (to me). But I think they look good (from what one can make out). FTC has done a nice comic Flash and I like that John Stewart GL. A JLU designed Hawkgirl would have been really cool!

I hope these are not hard to obtain.

This is why bringing something like the old Star Trek Enterprise set makes sense even if Mego has no plans to make it. Because if Target or Walmart comes by and is like, "Hey what's that? We'd order that!" Mego can change course and opt to make one or something similar.

Toy Fair is unique in that sense.
