I'm a physical media guy and honestly it feels like I'm on the outside of music. The last couple of CDs I bought were indy artists. I'm not even sure where I might find a mass market release. Target?Mortui Vivos Docent

^^ I hear ya!… I'm either buying out of print used gems, or ordering from a label or the artist's website directly. Although I did pick the remastered deluxe edition of Prince's 1999 at Target recently, and cheaply.Comment

I'm a physical media guy as well. I always will be as long as it's an offered format. I don't buy any mass market artists or music. I'd say around 50 percent of what I buy I get directly from the indie band or an independent vendor, the rest through Prime. My preferred music is not generally available anywhere else or any other way and I've come to accept that. I can often have luck with discogs and ebay for OOP or rarities.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.Comment

i also am a physical media person. I pretty much only buy vinyl these days but if it is someone I really like, I sometimes also get it on CD so I can listen in the car. CD's I get on amazon, any "new" vinyl as well. If I am searching for older prints I get thrift stores, estate sales, or as a last resort ebayComment

I also still prefer physical media (love CD booklets, record sleeves and cassette inlays, etc.) and I never illegally download music.PUNY HUMANS!Comment
