They are protos. Some were slapped together just in time for the show. The heads are big on purpose to allow for the 5% vinyl shrink.

I figured as much, head scale has not been a great problem with Mego Corp.

I hate showing protos. Everything has to come together for the show no matter if it’s ready or not. One of the sculpts I finished only a week and a half ago and they received it 3 days before the show!

Yeah, I know. And I know they look janky and I understand people feeling like they don't want to preorder if that's what they're going to look like. I sometimes wish I could make two sets of heads, one for production and a scaled down version for photos.

I feel you. I own a lot of the "Bif Bang Pow" prototypes and I am skittish about sharing them, I'm proud of them and I hate hearing dumb comments like "Look at the head, glad that never got made!". Ech.

I love prototypes. Seeing the human error and seeing little things that don't make it to production.
