Dio Returns and other Hologram tours.

It's kinda weird. A CGI Dio projected pepper ghost style onto a screen.

And I really don't get the Roy Oribison hologram tour. The hologram is a body double lip synching. So why not have a body double there live? Weird.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Why? and who are the idiots paying to see this?
You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie Banks

it is weird. I think ABBA is also going this route, and they are all still alive

really how is it any different from going to see a tribute band

Celine Dion with the Elvis Presley hologram that American Idol did a few years back was interesting but I wouldn't go see a hologram concert.
