Printing light letters on darker material

So I'm working on Hulk Hogan custom using a Big Jim body to make him look taller.

I've managed to figure out every detail and things are in motion, but need some advice from the experts here.

For the classic t-shirt, I wanna have a RED shirt with Hulkamania printed in YELLOW, but not sure how best to execute. Initially, I thought of laser printed decal stuck to it, but now wondering whether there's a cheap and quick way to print/paint the letters on myself.

Maybe fabric marker would work but given it's yellow letters on red material, not sure the color will pop on a darker color.

    Anyone have suggestions?

I'd make a stencil and spray paint it. First a layer of grey or white, then yellow.

Thanks Lonnie but the font is so small there no way I could cut the letters out.
