I want the Robby as well. I tried my Wal-Mart, which never seems to have anything like this, and, sure enough...empty.

I think Robby would look good next to my Star Trek megos.

They are hitting the shelves now...Picked up Robby today...He looks great. They are putting them in the toy section on the action figure isle.

Well I finally found them at my Walmart and Robbie is just to big, so I am sticking with the older version that fits in with the Megos.

Got a Robby Today. I do have a wind up Japanese silver chrome Robby that's a little over 8 inches and he's in perfect scale with Megos.

Finally found them in St. Augustine, FL today. Eighth Walmart I'd tried!

These are great. Iron Giant is more accurate than Robby--- Robby's legs are too long and the dome too pointy. But that's me thinking prop replica instead of toy. It's probably the best Robby toy ever made, at least at this scale. (The Masudaya wind-up that's around 1.5" tall is excellent for that scale.)

(The Masudaya vinyls were more accurate but those are models, not toys.)

I wish there was a mode that turned off walking but still enabled head movement and/or the spinning of the... spinny things.

How tall is Robby? looks like 15" comparing it next to the pic of Wonder Woman.

I enjoyed seeing Robby but the reviewer, esp. at first, sounded like Augustus St. Cloud from Venture Bros. and I was laughing and distracted.

I just ran out to Walmart and picked-up Robby. I didn't realize this was a Walmart exclusive, until I saw the packaging. An amazing toy and value for only $20. Batteries are included with try-me functions. This (and Iron Giant) were together in the toy section on the action figure aisle. They had a ton of them, including extra stock on the out-of-reach top shelf. The packaging gives a credit to TrendMasters--is it their toy mold from their 1999 remote control version?
