Todd sounded like a big nerd/geek and is really happy to be creating DC Comics figures. So from the video the collect-n-connect with be Batmobiles. Well that's different.

Saw some of these in person at my Walmart, to me they look like something I've already seen before in DC Collectibles, so I'll be cherry picking probably characters like The Batman who Laughs and Arrow. But I am glad new stuff is starting to appears in the stores.Comment

I went ahead and purchased the superman figure as I was curious how it was.Overall I like this figure a lot, mainly because with other figure you have a fear it you turn a joint wrong you'll break it not here it's really fun to pose the joints and it has that "clicking" which I'm a fan of. The neck turns well. The cape is typical not too hard/soft and doesn't overweigh the figure. The "S" shield is sculpted on. A heavy stock collectible card comes with it, as a flight display stand. Heft wise it's between a legends and neca figure.I personally don't care it not being 1/12th scale I don't mix different line or "share" universes.Comment

Just got back from my Walmart to see the new reset and I left empty basket. Both Spinmaster & McFarlane had more Batman figures than anything else. I thought we were done with Mattel's all Batman figures

And the Batman TAS figure looks like he is getting ready to walk down the runway:
As RuPaul would say "Sissy that walk"

I still haven't seen these in the wild, but I saw Toy Galaxy's review of the Superman figures. The animated one, that I felt was the closest to the actual Timm design, is pretty far off. The weird helmet hair/mullet thing he's got going in the back is really strange. I'm still flummoxed that they went to a specific design aesthetic of these characters, but didn't actually follow the model sheets to get them right?
If others love them, more power to you, but it's just a "nice try" from me, at least on the animated versions.
