Now with Satellite Radio, I rarely listen to FM Radio anymore. But back in the 80's, if you were into New Wave/Alternative bands, there was no better Station than 106.7 KROQ. DJ's like PoorMan, Richard Blade, Jed the Fish, Rodney Bingenheimer, Swedish Egil and Freddy Snakeskin were spinning records from The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Clash, Eurythmics, The Ramones, Bow Wow Wow, Depeche Mode, The Smiths, Duran Duran, INXS, Bowie, New Order, Bananarama, Spandau Ballet, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, UB40 and every other cool band in that genre. They had a late night call in talkshow called Loveline, which covered all things sex and relationships. Dr. Drew Pinsky later joined the show to add some "credibility".
